Look for a medium-to-full body with a pronounced Dominican spicy character evident. The aftertaste is pronounced and lingers. Definitely aged properly. Overall, tons of flavor in a very well constructed package. We loved it. Try smoking it with any 1994 Cabernet or an Oaky Single Malt Scotch.
